Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Klaus Werner Iohannis, President of Romania

The Secretary-General met today with H.E. Mr. Klaus Werner Iohannis, the President of Romania. They discussed the situation in Ukraine and the increasing flow of migrants and refugees toward Europe. In relation to Ukraine, the Secretary-General and Mr. Iohannis agreed on the need for the full implementation of the Minsk Agreement.
