Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with the Foreign Minister of Turkey

The Secretary-General met with the Foreign Minister of Turkey, Mr. Ahmet Davutoglu. During their meeting, they discussed with concern the situation in Syria and resulting tensions in the region.  They also discussed prospects for the Cyprus Peace Process and the forthcoming conference on Somalia to be held in Istanbul.
