We will leverage existing United Nations and multi-stakeholder mechanisms to support artificial intelligence capacity-building to bridge artificial intelligence divides, facilitate access to artificial intelligence applications and build capacity in high-performance computing and related skills in developing countries (all SDGs).

This action helps bridge the AI divide by supporting developing countries to access powerful technologies, build local expertise, and participate in shaping the future of AI. It’s about inclusion, equity, and ensuring no one is left behind in the digital age.

September – December 2025: Meetings will be held with relevant partners to discuss follow-ups and implementation of the actions recommended in the Secretary-General's report on innovative voluntary financing options for artificial intelligence capacity-building.
