How can you register to attend the conference?
Please note that the registration process is different for (a) Official Delegation of Participating States, Intergovernmental Organizations and Entities that have Observer Status with the General Assembly, and Accredited Intergovernmental Organizations and Specialized Agencies, (b) Civil Society Organizations (NGOs, Private Sector, etc), and (c) United Nations Secretariat Entities, Funds and Programmes and Regional Commissions.

(a) Official Delegations of Participating States, Inter-governmental Organizations and Entities that have Observer Status with the General Assembly, and Accredited Inter-governmental Organizations and Specialized Agencies
Registration of official delegations of participating States, inter-governmental organizations and entities that have observer status with the General Assembly, accredited inter-governmental organizations, international financial institutions and other international bodies, associate members of the regional commissions, specialized agencies and related organizations is handled by the Protocol and Liaison Service (Protocol Office) via the online “eRegistration system”, which is available through the e-deleGATE portal at http://e-delegate.un.org.
Official delegations must go through the “designated eRegistration focal points” of their respective missions or liaison offices in New York, who have access to the eRegistration system, to request registration. Delegations are advised to do so as early as possible to ensure timely registration. It is possible to request registration onsite in Awaza, but the request will need to be submitted through the respective mission or liaison office in New York via the “online eRegistration system” and will take two days for review and processing.

(b) Civil Society Organizations (NGOs, Private Sector, etc)
Registration for Specially Accredited Organizations
Organizations that have received special accreditation by the General Assembly to LLDC3 or previous eligible summits and conferences can register representatives at:

Registration for organizations in consultative status with ECOSOC
Organizations (NGOs, private sector, etc.) in consultative status with ECOSOC can register at:

Each Organization will be able to register up to 10 (ten) representatives.

(c) United Nations Secretartat Entities, Funds and Programmes and Regional Commissions.
Registration is open for UN Secretariat departments and offices, UN regional commissions, UN entities, funds and programmes, such as ITC, UNCTAD, UNDP, UNCDF, UNEP, UNDRR, UN-Women, and WFP, among others at:

If you do not already have an Indico account, please create one before proceeding with your application. https://indico.un.org/login/.
Please note that an official nomination letter must be sent to the LLDC3 Secretariat at LLDC3@un.org, specifying the official list of all participating staff members, to facilitate the approval process. A copy of such a nomination letter will need to be uploaded during registration in INDICO.
Once you have applied thorugh the Indico link above and the Secretariat approves your application, you will receive an email with the next steps required to register with the Government of Turkmenistan for entry purposes. Please use your United Nations Laissez-Passer (UNLP).
