Of note this week
– Palestinian internal violence continued unabated in the Gaza Strip. On 11 December, unknown gunmen fired dozens of bullets at the car of a PA intelligence officer, killing three of his children and a driver. There were protests against these killings throughout the oPt.
– The PA Interior Minister survived an assassination attempt when a group of unknown armed men opened fire at his vehicle convoy in Gaza City.
