Of note this week
– 33 Palestinians were killed and 90 were injured throughout the oPt, including ten children and six women. The vast majority of casualties occurred in the Gaza Strip. In a single incident on 8 November – following an IDF artillery barrage on Beit Hanoun – more than 18 Palestinian civilians were killed (including eight children and six women) and 55 more were injured.
– Two Israeli civilians were injured by homemade rockets fired from the Gaza Strip. Two Israeli Border Police officers were injured in Jerusalem.
– Seven incidents were reported by OCHA field offices where the IDF or Israeli settlers harassed or created disruptions for Palestinians picking olives in the West Bank.
