Australian Support to Reduce Poverty in the Palestinian Territories
On 31 August, the Australian Government announced the provision of a further $3 million in humanitarian relief and recovery assistance following the recent conflict in the Middle East. The latest funding will take Australia’s total contribution to date to $10.5 million, of which $1 million has been committed to UNICEF for emergency health assistance in the Palestinian Territories which have been severely affected by the conflict.
