Letter dated l February 1988 from the observer

of the Palestine Liberation Organization

to the President of the Security Council

I am asked by Yasser Arafat, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, to bring the following to your immediate attention. This morning Zionist settlers from Kiryat Arba attacked Dheisheh Palestinian refugee camp in the Israeli occupied Palestinian territories.  After physically assaulting camp residents the settlers kidnapped 30 children.
