After paragraph 321, insert the following text as a new paragraph 321 bis:

During the period under review, the Palestinian Authority replied that it was being accused of alleged cases of enforced disappearance, whereas “the thousands of similar cases which are taking place every day at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian people”, were being ignored. In respect of the three outstanding cases, the Palestinian Authority reported that the persons concerned may be in Israeli jails or may have been “physically liquidated”. Nonetheless, the request of the Working Group had been transmitted to the competent authorities and the Working Group would be kept informed of the reply.

Paragraph 322

For the existing text substitute
In respect of the three outstanding cases, the Group is unable to report on the fate and whereabouts of the persons concerned.

Paragraph 324, penultimate line
