Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada

The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada. The Secretary-General expressed his solidarity with the people of Grenada following the passage of Hurricane Beryl.

The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister discussed climate action, threats of sea-level rise, and post-disaster recovery efforts, as well as initiatives for reforming the international financial architecture. They also exchanged views on the situation in Haiti.
