Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Marjan Šarec, Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia

The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Marjan Šarec, Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia. The Secretary-General commended the Slovenian government’s support for multilateralism. The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister also exchanged views about developments in the Western Balkans. The Secretary-General acknowledged Slovenia’s constructive engagement in climate action as well as regional cooperation initiatives, including the Brdo-Brijuni process.
