The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Alberto Fernández, President of the Republic of Argentina. The Secretary-General and the President of the Republic of Argentina agreed on the need to advance the Sustainable Development Goals agenda and a profound reform of the international financial architecture. The Secretary-General and President Fernández addressed the issue of the Falkland Islands (Malvinas) and exchanged views on the humanitarian situation in the South Caucasus.

El Secretario General se reunió con el Excelentísimo Señor Alberto Fernández, Presidente de la República de Argentina. El Secretario General y el Presidente de la República de Argentina coincidieron en la necesidad de avanzar la agenda de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y de reformar profundamente la arquitectura financiera internacional. El Secretario General y el Presidente Fernández abordaron la cuestión de las Islas Malvinas (Falkland Islands) e intercambiaron opiniones sobre la situación humanitaria en el Cáucaso del Sur.
