The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Faustin-Archange Touadéra, President of the Central African Republic. They discussed efforts to advance the peace process. The Secretary-General welcomed the Central African authorities’ engagement with the region to counter transborder insecurity. The good collaboration between MINUSCA and the Central African Government was also discussed.

Le Secrétaire général a rencontré S.E. M. Faustin-Archange Touadéra, Président de la République centrafricaine. Ils ont discuté des efforts pour faire avancer le processus de paix. Le Secrétaire général a salué l'engagement des autorités centrafricaines avec la région pour lutter contre l'insécurité transfrontalière. La bonne collaboration entre la MINUSCA et le gouvernement centrafricain a également été évoquée.
