The Secretary-General met today with H.E. Abdel-Ilah Benkiran, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Morocco, on the margins of the World Forum for Democracy, hosted by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France.
They discussed the process of political reforms in Morocco and the negotiating process on Western Sahara.
