Readout of the Secretary-General's meeting with Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, Prime Minister of Kuwait

The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister reviewed the situation in the region, particularly relations between Iraq and Kuwait within the framework of Chapter VII resolutions of the Security Council. The Secretary-General expressed the hope that Iraq would quickly fulfill all its outstanding obligations, particularly those pertaining to Kuwait.
