International Law of the Sea
Objectives: 
This course focuses on the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (“UNCLOS”) and covers the rights and obligations of States in the various maritime zones. It also examines the rights and obligations of sovereign States in each zone, and the role of key international organisations such as the IMO, the FAO Fisheries Division, and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, etc.
