Objectives:
IOI HQ and the Commonwealth Secretariat through its Oceans and Natural Resources Advisory Division. The purpose of the course was to provide practical instruction to government officials from throughout the Commonwealth concerning governance of ocean space at the national level based on best international practice and evolving concepts.
