The President of the 72nd session of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Miroslav Lajčák, met today with H.E. Mr. Elmar Mammadyarov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. They discussed the situation in the region and the role of regional organizations, such as the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, in preventive diplomacy and mediation.
