UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA)
ESCWA assists LDCs in the Arab region, with a focus on institutional development. It is mandated by its membership to support development efforts in LDCs through defining and meeting institutional needs in order to achieve Global Goals (see resolution 292 (XXVI) of 19 May 2020).
