In celebration of the upcoming holiday season, the Department of Operational Support is pleased to announce that a holiday celebration menu will be offered at the Riverview Café on Tuesday, 12 December 2023 and Thursday, 14 December 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The special festive menu will include roasted sirloin of beef with creamy green peppercorn sauce, sauteed chicken breast with apple cider, walnuts, feta cheese and roasted grapes, as well as vegan barley risotto with pumpkin, wild mushroom with sage and black truffle oil, among other delectable sides, salads, and mouth-watering desserts.
