The Department of Operational Support would like to inform you that effective Monday, 13 September 2021, proof of vaccination will be required for indoor dining at all UNHQ cafeterias for seated meals.
Please note that designated personnel will verify proof of vaccination and UN ID at each indoor dining location.
As these are additional precautionary measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our delegates, staff, personnel, and commercial contractors at UNHQ, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Proof of vaccination may include:
- NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS
- New York State Excelsior Pass
- CDC Vaccination Card (or photo)
- NYC Vaccination Record
- An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S
If you received the vaccine outside the U.S., you must have an official immunization record that includes:
- First name and last name
- Date of birth
- Vaccine product name
- Date(s) administered
- Site where the vaccine was administered, or name of the person who administered it
Starting on Monday,13 September 2021, the Lobby Café will be a take-out only facility and outdoor dining will be available at the Riverview Café, 4th floor Conference Building except during the GA 76 High Level Week when it will be closed from 20-24 September 2021.
Regardless of vaccination status, masks are required at all the cafes until seated.
