The Codification Division of the Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following materials to the Mini-Series of the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a new lecture entitled Self-Defence and “Unwilling or Unable” States, by Mr. Said Mahmoudi, Professor of International Law at Stockholm University and two lectures entitled The Legal Status of Cyberspace under International Law and The Use of Force in Cyberspace by Mr. Nicholas Tsagourias, Professor of International Law at the University of Sheffield.
