Mr. Duley is in New York for the opening of the Forward, NOT Fragmented exhibit, to mark the International Day for Persons with Disability, which features his impactful photographs and testimonials. This year he has been working extensively in Ukraine where the Foundation has delivered specialized aid including wheelchairs, medical equipment and ambulances.
