Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Nikola Gruevski, Prime Minister of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia

The Secretary-General met today with H.E. Mr. Nikola Gruevski, Prime Minister of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

The Secretary-General and Prime Minister Gruevski discussed the continuing refugee and migrant crisis affecting the country and the Western Balkan region. The Secretary-General also underlined the United Nations’ continued readiness to support efforts to resolve the name issue.
