The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council of the Republic of Yemen. They discussed the political, humanitarian and economic situation in Yemen. The Secretary-General expressed deep concern about the continued detention of UN and other personnel by the Houthis, calling for their immediate and unconditional release.
