The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Secretary-General and the President discussed Azerbaijan-United Nations cooperation, progress in the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and regional peace and security. They also exchanged views on COP negotiations.
