Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman 

The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi, Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman.  

The Secretary-General and the Foreign Minister discussed issues of common interest, including the situation in Yemen and the wider Gulf region.  

The Secretary-General expressed great satisfaction with the relationship between the United Nations and Oman and gratitude for Oman’s active promotion of dialogue and diplomacy.
