The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda.  The Secretary-General stressed the UN’s commitment to continue partnering with the Government of Rwanda to achieve the SDGs. The Secretary-General expressed his concern at the security situation in the region. They discussed efforts to normalize relations with the DRC.
