Readout of the Secretary-General’s meeting with H.E. Mr. Ahmed About Gheit, Secretary General of the League of Arab States

The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary General of the League of Arab States. The Secretary-General commended Secretary General Aboul Gheit for his efforts in furthering the relationship between the UN and the League of Arab States. The two Secretaries-General also discussed developments in the Arab world.
