The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Jose Ramos-Horta, Minister of State and Advisor on National Security of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. The Secretary-General congratulated Mr. Ramos-Horta on the conduct of successful presidential and parliamentary elections this year. They discussed developments in Timor-Leste and cooperation in the region.
