The Secretary-General takes note of the National Electoral Council's announcement of the preliminary results of the reparos (correction) process. In that regard, the Secretary-General commends the work carried out by the OAS and the Carter Center, both of which have observed the entire process.

The Secretary-General urges all Venezuelans to cooperate constructively to ensure a peaceful electoral and constitutional solution to the country's political impasse.
