The Secretary-General is in Spain today, where he met Prime Minister Zapatero and he will later have an audience with the King.
Tomorrow, he will follow up on yesterday's historic Security Council resolution 1973 by travelling to Paris and meeting President Sarkozy and other European, Arab and African leaders. He will discuss ways to move forward to protect the people of Libya.
After that, as the Secretary-General told you earlier, he will travel to Egypt and Tunisia, so that he can see at first hand how the people of those countries are moving ahead with the transition to democracy. He intends to listen to the views of a wide range of people, from government officials to civil society to women and youth, on the way forward in each country.
He is expected back in New York by the middle of next week.
