SG: I just heard that they have been killed. And I cannot but condemn this senseless and brutal killing of innocent diplomats. And as I have said earlier, these kinds of barbaric acts really should press us to define terrorism and to come up with the 13th convention –the comprehensive convention. It is extremely important that we get both done as quickly as possible and definitely by the end of the year, if not by September.
