The Secretary-General today met with H.E. Mr. Vladimir NOROV, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).  The Secretary-General and Mr. Norov discussed UN-SCO cooperation. They also discussed developments in Afghanistan.
