The Secretary-General met today with H.M. King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands. The Secretary-General expressed his appreciation for the support of the Netherlands for the United Nations. They discussed issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals, humanitarian affairs and accountability mechanisms. They also exchanged views on climate action, notably in the Caribbean.
