MODALITIES OF SECURITY COUNCIL REFORM ARE UP TO MEMBER STATES: Asked about reform of the Security Council, the Spokesperson reiterated that the Secretary-General agrees on the need for reform but it is up to the Member States to determine how the Council is to be reformed.
U.N. HAS ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON SEXUAL ABUSES: Asked about a rape allegation in Haiti, the Spokesperson asserted that the United Nations has a zero tolerance policy on sexual misconduct and added that an investigation is under way.
