Запрос на выражение заинтересованности (REOI) — это инструмент исследования рынка, используемый сотрудниками Отдела закупок Организации Объединенных Наций для выявления поставщиков, желающих участвовать в процессе закупок. Поставщикам предлагается выразить свою заинтересованность до указанного срока, предоставив подробную информацию, запрашиваемую в REOI, например, для подтверждение опыта и квалификации в поставке соответствующих товаров или услуг.
