READOUT: meeting with the President of the Union of the Comoros

The President of the 74th Session of the UN General Assembly, H.E. Tijjani Muhammad-Bande, held a meeting with the President of Comoros H.E. Azali Assoumani, in the margins of the General Debate.

They exchanged views on the prospects for the 74th Session and the Sustainable Development Goals, especially on advancing gender equality and climate action in Comoros.

H.E Assoumani congratulated the PGA on his election. President Muhammad-Bande thanked him for the support and looks forward to work with the Comoros throughout the 74th Session.
