Meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy

The President of the 72nd session of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Miroslav Lajčák, met today with H.E. Mr. Angelino Alfano, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy.

As Italy holds the presidency of the Security Council this month, they discussed Security Council reform. Additional topics of discussion included migration, sustaining peace and United Nations reforms in general.
