Prof. Luwam Dirar

Dr. Luwam Dirar is an Assistant Professor of Law at Western New England School of Law.   

Dr. Dirar is a legal scholar with international academic and practice experience. Her research and teaching experience spans different African, European, and United States institutions. She has consulted international organizations on migration as a subject matter and country expert. She has supported African governments in transition on the rule of law- and law-making processes from a comparative perspective. She earned her LL.B. from Asmara University, LL.M, and J.S.D. from Cornell University.
