Communication from Chad on Behalf of the LDC Group. General Council. In support of a smooth transition out of the LDC category after graduation, proposes draft ministerial decision with provisions on extending and gradually phasing out preferential market access over 6 to 9 years after graduation and on a package of support measures for graduated countries at the WTO.
