Kiribati graduation status

The Committee for Development Policy (CDP) recommended Kiribati for graduation in 2018. ECOSOC deferred its consideration of that recommendation to a later date.

Next step: for Kiribati to graduate, ECOSOC must endorse the CDP's recommendation.
