Registration of members of official delegations
Registration of official delegations of participating Member and Observer States and of the European Union, intergovernmental organizations and entities that have observer status with the General Assembly, associate members of the regional commissions, specialized agencies and related organizations is handled by the Protocol and Liaison Service (Protocol Office) through the online "eRegistration System", which is available through the e-deleGATE portal at https://edelegate.un.int/.
For registration to the Conference, official delegations must go through the designated eRegistration focal point of their respective permanent/observer missions or liaison offices in New York, who have access to the eRegistration system. Delegations are advised to do so as early as possible to ensure timely registration.
Registration period to the Conference is as follows:
In light of safety concerns surrounding the Omicron variant of COVID-19, the LDC5 conference has been postponed until further notice.
- Pre-registration in New York: 9 November 2021 to 3 January 2022
- On-site registration in Doha: TBC
Representatives of intergovernmental organizations and entities accredited with the General Assembly, associate members of regional commissions, specialized agencies and related organizations without an office in New York that wish to participate in the Conference must enroll in the online "eRegistration system" in advance (no later than 10 December 2021) in order to register for the Conference. To enroll in the eRegistration system, please follow the instructions in the "Guidelines to apply for eRegistration account" posted on the Protocol website.

LDC5 Registration for Entities in Consultative Status with ECOSOC and Entities Specially Accredited to LDC5
Registration is open for NGOs in consultative status with ECOSOC and for those organizations specially-accredited to the Fifth UN Conference on Least Developed Countries (LDC5). This includes civil society, youth delegates and the private sector.

LDC5 Special Accreditation - for Entities not in Consultative Status with ECOSOC and those Specially Accredited by the General Assembly to LDC5
To participate in the Conference, the following categories of relevant entities not in consultative status with ECOSOC must express their interest and apply for special accreditation.
- Non-governmental organisations
- Civil society organisations
- Academic institutions
- Private sector
The application for special-accreditation closed at 9am EST on 1 December 2021.
