Walter Dorn is a professor at the Royal Military College of Canada, where he teaches about the United Nations and peace operations. He served as a member of the United Nations Expert Panel on Technology and Innovation in United Nations Peacekeeping. He is currently working as a consultant with the United Nations Office of Communications and Information Technology.
