Please note that due to limited seating at tables with nameplates, in particular in the Trusteeship Council Chamber, registration does not guarantee a seat with a nameplate. For those organizations without a nameplate, seating will be made available in the gallery.

All organizations picked up their assigned meeting-specific access cards from the UN Protocol and Liaison Service to be able to enter the General Assembly Hall and Trusteeship Council Chamber on 18 and 19 September.

(Pursuant to the modalities outlined in General Assembly resolution 67/290 on the format and organizational aspects of the high-level political forum on sustainable development, participating States and the European Union will have assigned seating and do not need to complete this form.)
