Eeva Furman is Director of the Environmental Policy Centre at the Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE) and Chair of the Finnish National Expert Panel on Sustainable Development. Minna Kaljonen is a Senior Research Scientist at the Finnish Environment Institute, focusing on how sustainable food systems are governed, promoted and resisted.
