The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Dimitar Kovachevski, Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia. They exchanged views about the Western Balkans, the EU accession process, as well as about the war in Ukraine, and its impact on food and energy security. 

The Secretary-General and the Prime Minister also discussed North Macedonia’s forthcoming Chairpersonship-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
