On the sidelines of the Summit of the League of Arab States, the Secretary-General met with H.E Mr. Mohamed Younis A Menfi, President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya.

They discussed the situation in Libya and the efforts of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) to facilitate a consensual approach for the way forward.
