The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Singapore.  

The Secretary-General and the Minister of Foreign Affairs discussed matters pertaining to regional peace and security, climate change, and the way forward for the implementation of the proposals in the Secretary-General's report on Our Common Agenda, including those related to digital cooperation.
