The Secretary-General met with H.E. Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, President of the Republic of Zambia.  The Secretary-General congratulated the President on his election.  The Secretary-General and the President discussed strengthening the cooperation between Zambia and the United Nations, including in support of Zambia’s national priorities and development agenda.
